WebHealthLink HMO contracted p roviderand/or specialist without obtaining a referral. The HMO benefit is the highest level of benefits in the Open Access III Plan. There is no deductible for I (HMOTier ) services. The pays 100% of the allowable plan covered expenses. Refer to the Summary of Benefits (page 13) for more information.
