Web1 person had this problem. Are you using the camera stand when you take the pictures? I see the option "Take Photo Of..." and I'm able to click on multiple sims (all on lot) using it. If you aren't using the camera stand (with a camera on it) as far as I can tell, you can't take pictures of multiple sims. I'd suggest trying that if you haven't. WebStep One.
