I used to run a battle Steel mount with an MRO even though I liked the sight picture the placement of the optic interfered with the HK slap. Went pretty decent. The LaRue LT827 mount allows you to move the acog much further back. Eye relief was not a problem at all. I may actually need to move it forward a bit.
